A family, a flock, and the slow joy of farm life.
Eggcelence began at the breakfast table — three generations wondering why the eggs we remembered tasted different from the ones in the supermarket. So we brought home ten hens and a rooster. We never looked back.
Sustainability
Slow-grown, hand-tended, never rushed.
Our hens roam free across pasture and lavender borders. They forage, dust-bathe, and live at their own pace. It shows in the deep-orange yolks, the thick whites, and the unmistakable taste.
We don't use synthetic pesticides on the lavender beds. We compost everything we can. The Pocket Pebbles game was hand-drawn by our youngest, and the family recipe booklet is the one we actually cook from on Sunday mornings.
